RECIPES

  1. Steak (DUH) Grilling a juicy and tender steak is always a crowd pleaser. Here's a simple recipe for a classic grilled steak:

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Kincaid’s Ribeye steaks

    • Salt and pepper

    • Olive oil

  2. Directions:

    1. Preheat the grill to high heat.

    2. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  1. Grilled Chicken Skewers: Chicken skewers are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish. Here's a recipe for a simple and flavorful version:

  • Ingredients:

    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

    • Salt and pepper

    • Skewers

  • Directions:

    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    3. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.

    4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.

    5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

  1. ST THOMAS SAUSAGE

    1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

    2. While the grill is heating up, prepare the sausage by lightly oiling them to prevent sticking to the grill.

    3. Place the sausages on the grill, making sure there is enough space between them for even cooking.

    4. Close the lid of the grill and let the sausages cook for 5-7 minutes on one side.

    5. After 5-7 minutes, use tongs to flip the sausages over and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side.

    6. Once the sausages reach the desired internal temperature, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

    7. Enjoy!

Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the sausage, so it's important to use a meat thermometer to ensure they are fully cooked.
